Seller sold me a counterfeit product!!
I need help. The seller based in Israel, sold me a fake product. The seller instructed me to return the product to receive a credit. However, the seller is based in Israel, and it will cost me money to return the product. How can I raise the issue with this fake seller? How can I get eBay's attention on this seller??

Mentor1 year agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label (or in this case the money to return the item since they cannot purchase USA postage) and give a full refund once the item has been returned. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
Opening the "Item not as described" case is how you notify eBay of a problem with the item and the seller.
