Mentor3 years agoThen report the seller if you want to. Just report the listing. There is a spot to do that on the listing, just above the description on the right side of the screen.
If you are saying you bought something that said this and the seller did not disclose it, file a Request to Return the item as not as described.
Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.
