seller sold counterfeit product then supplied a fake USPS tracking # on return label
Anyone have any advice for how to resolve this? Bought what I thought was RYZE mushroom coffee but when it arrived, although the packages were sealed, the product inside was clearly fake. Smelled, looked and tasted like something else. I requested a return. The seller issued a USPS return label for me to use. I printed t and brought package to the Post Office. The Post office issued me a receipt with a tracking number. Later the seller said they had not received the package, so I tried to track it using the tracking number on my receipt. The postal employee could not find the tracking number in their system and when I tried entering it into the website, they did not recognize it as a valid tracking number. It is: 9200 1877 5756 8790 492 8019 91 which is more numbers than a tracking number should be. Most are 20-22. This is 27.
