Seller Sold Counterfeit Pair of AirPod Pros
I purchased a pair of 2nd Generation AirPod Pros off of a seller on eBay who was highly rated. I reached out to the seller prior to purchasing that the AirPod Pros were genuine and not a third party knockoff version and they confirmed that this was the case. I purchased the AirPod Pros and started using them for a few months only to find that they stopped working a few months in. I took them to an Apple Store to get them replaced but the Apple Store confirmed that the AirPod Pros were counterfeit and not genuine from Apple. I reached out to the seller to let them know of the situation and to provide me a full refund but they haven't responded back. Are there any options that I have in this case? Can I get eBay to step in to help resolve?

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
