Seller sold AND charged me for an item that was Al

Question

I need help with a seller who that listed an item for auction that I won. I was charged the amount and was waiting for shipment. However, the seller had already sold the item but has refused to reimburse me for an item that was paid for twice. I have had zero luck trying to get help from eBay. HOW CAN I GET A REPRESENTATIVE TO TALK TO ME?????!!!

Really sorry that happened ... since you paid for the item the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
