Seller skipped out
The seller of an item that is very late in arriving is no longer a registered seller on Ebay. The seller got my money, shipped something but that something is nearly a month late in shipping. The tracking number shows no movement in about 30 days. I jhave tried going through teh automated Ebay complasint system but it stops and claims a failure and try again later. Any advice?

Mentor3 years agoThere seems to be a problem with the "item not received" feature on the web.
Try using the eBay app, if possible to start the "item not received" case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. At least three users have indicated that they were able to successfully start an "item not received" case through the app when the browser link gave that error message.
