Seller site issues
My messages constantly say to answer a message on a new listing. There are no messages and no drop down appears to close it. It does post in red that the message is too old -over 90 days to respond to- however the item only been up 4 days. I keep getting alerts on phone that I have a question to answer. All most annoying for a service we pay for as Sellers. Any HELP to stop this welcomed.
SECOND site issue. Several times when I go to revise, my site is relisting same item as new item. I have deleted these BUT it is taking away from the count of free listings I rely on. I tried the automated help but NONE there. Put me in a repeat cycle. EBay is just seeming less friendly to Sellers. I cannot get issues resolved in a timely fashion. AGAIN, any HELP welcomed. Thanks
