Seller ships item and never arrives using EBay shipping

Hi Everyone,

Newer to the selling side of eBay and I have now had 2 incidents where I used EBay Shipping and the items were shipped, scanned in multiple locations but never arrive. Is there a way to get my item covered? I know I have to refund the buyer of course but I am also out my product. Any help would be appreciated.

@lj0_57 what does tracking show? did u contact USPS?
