Seller ships after cancelation
Good afternoon,
I canceled an order minutes after ordering on July 25th and happily received a quick confirmation. However the seller charged me and shipped stating inability to cancel due to shipping the 27th. TWO DAYS AFTER CANCELING!!!
Since the transaction went through I went to PayPal seeking a refund. I’m sorry for my skepticism of the seller to deal with them.
How can a seller act on its terms rather adhering to eBay’s terms? I don’t understand!
Thank you for communicating, again the service I have enjoyed and look forward to in the future.
