Seller - shipping labels printing incorrectly
My printing labels are showing an incorrect return address - I have updated it under account settings, addresses, ship from address. Shows correct address on website but when I print the label it is showing an incorrect address. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Mentor2 years agoBe sure to update ALL of your addresses in your profile.

The next time you purchase a shipping label, on the label creation page, check to make sure that the zip code displayed for your Ship from/return address is correct. If it's not, click the Edit link and select the correct address as your default. After that, it should "stick."
