Seller Shipping Label Error: Label could not be generated.
Hello Members -
I have had no issues with selling and creation of shipping labels for the past month or so.
Today when I go to pay and create shipping labels I get a red banner staying "Label could not be generated. You have not been charged for this label" ....funds are available, all information is accurate and populated, read through all FAQ's, nothing has changed from the labels created the month prior.
Any support on what might be the issue?

Mentor4 months agoWhat is the item number? Did you accidentally click the Hazard option or Irregular option?

One of the Item numbers is 11-14564-17434
Label creation has the below checked:
-Contains non-hazardous materials
-Ships in standard package
