Seller shipping help

Question

eBay generated a label with the wrong return address. I am seller and need a new label but buyer paid and I cannot generate a new one. How do I fix this

Go to your address page and update as needed.

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.

Also note: Item Location on the listing must be changed on the listing itself.

There are FIVE addresses to edit/update.

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

You have 28 days to VOID the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined that the label was never used. Now use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL option, and this time, correct the RETURN ADDRESS. Look for Ship From/Return To: and click the EDIT link to make the change.

the return address is based on what you input on file with ebay, if it is incorrect, then correct it
