Seller- Shipping address not updating on shipping labels

Question

Hello,

I updated my shipping address multiple times but when I go to print labels to ship my sold items, it defaults to a previous and old address. I reviewed on line instructions and double checked the address is updated. Anyone know how to fix this or a way to actually get ahold of a person at Ebay via phone or chat or email to help me? Cant find any information on line for a way to contact them as well other than the automated assistant who is not helpful in this situation.

There is a 'Edit' button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen.

- If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the "Show additional shipping options" on the upper right, then look again.

Click the 'Edit' underneath your addresses.

Ship from

This Town OH 4xxxx-xxxx

Return to

Other City OH 4xxxx-xxxx

You'll be able to select the addresses you entered in to your account. This will change it for labels. Return address is what prints on the label. Ship from is usually the same.
