Seller shipped wrong items.

Question

I made a purchase prior to opening an account. The seller sent me what I did not order. I canâ€™t contact the member because that order is not in my purchase Q. How can I contact the seller?

Since you purchased as a guest and not with your Ebay account, follow these instructions to file a Return Request:

To start a return:

Find the email with the subject line starting â€œOrder Confirmedâ€.
Select View order details.
Choose Return item.
Select your reason for returning the item.
Select Next.
If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
Select Confirm return

If the seller does not respond within 3 business days, do the following to have Ebay step in:

From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
