Seller shipped to wrong address

Seller shipped to wrong address and FedEx took a picture of it when it was delivered and it definitely isnâ€™t my residence. eBay closed the case and the seller hasnâ€™t responded to me at all. Now what do I do?

You can appeal. Therefore you need written proof that the item was not delivered to your address.

So, contact the carrier and ask for written proof.
