Seller shipped to wrong address
Anyone else have this kind of issue? Ebay on checked to see it delivered not that it delivered to wrong address which USPS will tell me where, just not to me.
one more time I will try this. I did the leg work and went to the post office; the tracking number was not associated with my address.
Per USPS the tracking # was not delivered to my address but to another address. Please ask USPS if the tracking number was for that address and they will tell you NO it was not. Just saying it was delivered is not good enough if it was delivered to the wrong address by the seller. The Seller ship to wrong address per USPS. Please check this out and you will see that the address shipped to was Not mine. USPS will not tell where it was delivered just that it was Not to my address per the Lable from seller. Again they sent it to the wrong address. You have to talk to someone within the USPS office same as I did to understand Seller put wrong address on the label. The Post office will relay the address to me for privacy reasons. Would you at least verify with USPS that the tracking number was not sent to my address? Not that it delivered because that is not the issue it's that you shipped to wrong place. Thanks a very frustrated buyer

It is not enough to say that eBay should contact the post office; eBay won't do that. You must get documentation yourself and submit it to eBay via social media.

What kind of feedback for selling does your seller have? You can avoid many issues by choosing to only do business with sellers that have a proven track record of delivering what was sold and that have sold similar sorts of items before. Avoid new or unproven sellers, sellers with a pattern of serious negative feedback, or sellers that have drastically changed behavior or that have unexplained gaps in selling feedback.
If your seller is a drop-shipper, the seller may have been the victim of the company doing the drop-shipping and providing the tracking number.
