OP8 months agoMalarkey. I left bad feedback at day 28 after purchase and it never showed up. eBay also posted a notice on the item where listed in my purchases file about day 24 after purchase saying I had only three days left to file complaint. I did not get the replacement part until day 28 and then had to try to charge it to test to see if it worked. It did not and I could not even send the seller another reply in the messages system. Then the bad feedback did not post and he continued to advertise non working nail trimmers for sale located in Aurora, Colorado. Both first purchased and replacement shipped from China, taking about two weeks for delivery. I complained about the first being shipped from China and seller responded that was so I would get a better quality product. I have been an eBay enthusiast since they started back when home computer were on line through dial up service providers in the 1990's. I learned the hard way back then and lost a little through no fault of eBay. But, this is through no fault on myself that I can find and eBay deals me a hand like this?
