Seller shipped me somebody else’s stuff now they want me to pay for shipping to return that stuff
What do you do when the Seller ships you some one else’s stuff.
Hi,
Here is mt problem with Seller : I paid for a record on April 8, 2025. The cost was $34.95 plus $4.88 to ship.
What arrived 16 days later in the box were 3 coffee mugs and no record.
I contacted Seller who refused to refund or replace unless I pay for shipping her back the three coffee mugs at my expense.
I asked Seller to please email me a prepaid self-addressed shipping label for me to attach to the box to return the mugs to her. She has not complied with my request . Nor has Seller refunded me for the fact I don’t have my record in the meantime.
Please help me to know what is the right thing to do ?

You need to file a Return Request.
