Seller shipped me a non-returnable item not as described. closed out my return request and now I feel stuck with the item. All I get with ebay is AI generated chat. Is there any hope?

What reason did you provide when you filed the Return Request? Who closed the return request?
If the return request has been closed, there is nothing further you can do through Ebay.
