Seller shipped cod
I have an item that I paid $100 shipping charge, I have now received the item at the post office and it was shipped cod with a $108 charge to be paid by me. What should I do from this point?

Have you contacted the Seller? Unless the Seller sends you the funds ASAP to pay for the postage due, you can refuse the package and still be covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
If you decide to go that route, then open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay for that transaction.
The Seller is required to respond. If contacting the Seller first doesn't work, you would need to open that refund request on eBay to start the refund process. The Seller will need to refund you in full.
