Seller shipped a different device and will not own up to it.
Hi,
I purchased from a japan seller a device that I expect to receive per the pictures of the ebay auction. When I received it I got a different model and that is not what I purchased. Now the seller has blocked me from talking to him and I cannot contact ebay for help because the seller has no return policy.
I need to talk to Ebay about this since this seller baited and switched the item and will not address it or even communicate about it.
How do I communicate with ebay, they make it so hard to get help and resolution to issues on auctions they are overseeing on their website.

·2 years agoYou don't need to talk to anyone at Customer Service. Go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you want to return the item choosing the reason (the bottom one last I saw) that it does not match the description or photos, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten a prepaid return label with instructions or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days--you lose if you let it go beyond that) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
