Seller sent wrong shoe size as described. Refuses to accept return or credit me.
Seller has several stores on EBay. She also has several stores on the web. I purchased a pair of black Hotter brand flats described as Woman's Zoe Wide Fit V-Cut Casual Pump Shoe Slip on size 8. Instead of a Wide 8 she sent an 8 standard size which would be a B. She will not refund because she says that the description is not for a wide but merely for a size 8. Any size 8 she chooses to send I image! The description clearly says Wide. And inside the shoe it is clearly marked 8
STD. My other shoes by this brand are clearly marked WIDE inside. These are not. Don’t fit and she should accept a return and credit me.

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
