I won an item with pics and serial numbers shown ... seller sent wrong item, wont send correct item & relisted my item & said feel free to bid !

cant get to speak to a real human at ebay because i am in Australia and ebay usa wont allow call back other than +1 numbers ...

seller has relisted the item i won and wont pull it down can anyone help please ?

@wildweather2000 Sorry you had a bad seller. While eBay can't make the seller send the correct item they CAN make the seller issue a return label and refund you 100%.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
