Seller Sent Wrong Item & Won't Provide Prepaid return label
I ordered a product but was mailed something other than what I ordered. I initiated a return and received a link to the "Return Label" on the page where a label should be provided there is a notice that states "We were unable to get a free return shipping label because it is bulky." The box is 5" x 6" x 4". The seller had the item shipped from Amazon in the US but the address they provided for me to purchase a label for to ship the item back is in India.
This is clearly a fraud case but I can't get ebay to support because the seller claims they have provided a return label.
I'm not paying to ship something back that I didn't buy
