seller sent wrong item trying to return item or get refund

Question

I paid for an ALUMINUM ladder and they sent steel just want what I paid for and get no answer from seller .Its almost impossible to contact ebay.They send me messages but say do not answer box not monitored..

I am sorry that happened!

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
