seller sent wrong item I purchased now won't pick it up and no refund ?
when on website it showed a fireplace with mantle and a stone face tv stand when I received the item was different than I ordered It looks like it was a return the box has been opened and hardware parts were all over the Box Styrofoam was broken and all over self adhesive rubber parts. have pictures of contents I just got denied a refund and case closed now I can't appeal due to It keeps going back to the wrong Item I did not order the one sent was all white with no stone panels or a dark oak mantel please help what to do ? purchased 12/26/25 received wrong item on 1/2/26 been in contact with seller until the 9th and eBay today 1/12/26 say case closed ?
