Seller sent wrong Item + I bought through my Capital one Portal Issues
I a used battery from from @qualitysurplussalesllc and received the wrong size battery.
I was sent a 6.Ah battery instead of the advertised 7.5Ah battery.
I made the purchase through my capital one rewards portal but when i search for the order on Ebay or click the "View Order Details" button on the confirmation email it says Ebay can't find my order.
I have reached out to the seller for a return and refund, or return and exchange for the correct battery but have not heard back yet.
below are the details of the purchase. I also took a video of me unboxing the battery if needed.

Mentor1 year agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

OP1 year agoThe thing is i can't find the order even when i log into that account but i have the order number and the confirmation.

If you purchased using a different eBay account, be sure you are signed in to that account to find the transaction in your Purchase History.
If you purchased as a guest, you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase.
