Seller sent wrong item, doesn't have the right one. wants me to file a return as "changed my mind"??
Does this seem legit? Why not file "I didn't receive my item?"

Mentor1 year ago@highlandcelt Tracking shows delivery so you will lose a not received refund request case.
The seller wants you to choose the Changed Mind reason so that they don't have a not as described return request on their record. The only drawback of this for YOU is that the seller doesn't have to refund outbound shipping on "changed mind" returns.
If you file the correct case type then the seller pays return shipping AND refunds you 100%.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. Or wrong item.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
