Seller sent wrong item and won't accept a return

The seller advertised an item as being a level case for a specific type/size level and when the case arrived it was too small. I have been emailing back and forth with her and she refuses to honor the sale and or accept a return.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. Do NOT select doesn't fit or the seller can deny the return.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
