Seller sent wrong item and wants me to pay for return shipping
I bought an item on eBay. The seller shipped the wrong item. I let the seller know they shipped the wrong item and they have now shipped the correct item, which I have received. They complained how much it cost to ship the correct item. I told them I will ship the incorrect item back to them if they send me a shipping label. They want me to pay for the return shipping, which I refuse to do since it was their mistake. Can I get eBay to step in to give me a shipping label and charge it to their account? Do I need to start a return, even though I don’t need a refund?

Mentor1 year agoIf seller wants the item back he must send you a prepaid return label. Do not pay for any return yourself.
