Seller sent wrong item and dont want to make it right
I purchased the lanco 5gallon shingle sealer($155) plus tax. They sent a 1 gallon ($35) jug. When I contacted them they said look around my place wich I had done before contacting them. They said to do that like 3 different times. Now they telling me to contact fed ex and ask. What would I ask they did deliver the order it just wasn't right. Walmart the drop shipper would have been the one who shipped it out. Out of over 1000 ebay transactions this seller provided one of the worst. Pleas help all you can. I had ordered this to help me elderly neighbor avoid a roof replacement for a few years. Now she has been cheated out of $135 and I feel bad that I recommend it to her.

Mentor3 years agoIf you receive an item that does not match its description, eBay has a procedure you can follow to return it at the seller's expense and get a full refund.

If the seller does not cooperate, in three business days you should be able to ask eBay to step in and refund you.
