Seller sent wrong item

Question

Purchased a grade 10 POKEMON card in plastic protective case and seller sent random cards(6). eBay not much help cause seller showing that package was delivered to me( wrong item sent). eBay saying case closed.

@pinchevato . You need to file a not as described return request. You lost the not received refund request case because tracking showed delivery. Don't delay as you only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request for trading cards. If it's past that then you need to file a chargeback with your payment source. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
