Seller sent wrong color shoe
I asked for the correct shoe to be sent or a refund. Buyer offered me $40 of a roughy $84 purchase.
I feel the seller simply made an error and sent the wrong color. I cannot understand the issue with sending the correct shoe or a full refund. I try to get help but have found it impossible to reach a live person. Automated suggestions yield no help.

File the return request as @lady_madonna stated. Don't let the seller stall you out of your EBay Money Back Guarantee .
Exchanges do not work well on eBay.. return the item. Get a refund. Buy the correct item.

OP6 months agoI have a mini iPad. A mini iPad does not always read other systems. Can you sent me the return document and where to send it back.

OP6 months agoI can get to the order BUT it says ORDER CLOSED and has for a long time. I cannot get to refund. This cannot be the only way. What happened to eBay. Years ago I ordered rugs, chairs, art and never had an issue. I find this impossible. Can someone help me further. Will be appreciated.

·6 months agoIt sounds like it may have been more than 30 days since you received them, which is why you wouldn’t see the return option; it’s only available for that time.
If that’s the case, the eBay return policy ran out at 30 days, and your only option would be to contact your credit card company about doing a chargeback.

Mentor6 months agoYou only have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return case. If it is past that then you must file a chargeback with your funding source.
An eBay agent can not extend the 30 days limit.

OP6 months agoI am in purchase history. It says closed. I contacted seller way back who basically said it was closed because I was not believed. I was asked for a picture of the wrong color shoes. I sent the picture. I then put something about this on every place I could find on eBay. Shortly I got a note from the seller saying the shoe would be sent.....the correct shoe....the beige shoe. I have not received it.
What do I do now? It is $84+ and I would enjoy having that back. Please help.

Mentor6 months agoNo need to reach a live person. You are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, so you can file a Return Request for a full refund.

OP6 months agoHonestly so confusing. Just not necessary for an order error. I do not see what you instruct. What is written does not show on my minipad....only device I have. The offer of help is appreciated but this is just beyond words. May you assist me further. Thank you.
