Seller sent the WRONG item and expects me to pay shipping!!

the item sent was the made in Mexico variant. Not compatible with my car! Not what I ordered! I’m not paying the return shipping! Sellers mistake, sellers responsibility!

Mentor1 year agoA seller's return policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
If the item does not match the description, and the buyer files a "not as described" return within thirty days, eBay's money back guarantee applies.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
