Seller, sent size 10 shoes with stickers say size 11. Why do i have to pay shipping to refund?
I ORDERED SIZE 11 shoes. I got sent size 10 with stickers saying 11 over the size 41. Which is a size 10 in usa size. I started a return with the drop down menu "doesn't fit" but really.. The shoes doesn't fit because the seller sent wrong size and tried to covered up the size 10 and sent them as size 11. When I contacted the seller, they say pay $9.75 for shipping to return and I'll get a refund of $10. Why do I have to pay, when they mislead and sent the wrong size? Will I get my shipping refunded? NOW I CAN"T CANCEL RETURN once started. I have tried to contact a customer service person without any luck. Is there a phone number or way to communicate this. THIS IS FRAUDULENT and unfair.. HOW DO I GET A FULL REFUND, without paying $9.75 to ship back.... I WILL BE OUT THE SHIPPING FOR THEIR FRAUD AND MISTAKE..
