Seller sent my items to the wrong address and wrong state.
Seller sent my items to the wrong address and wrong state. I live in Kansas City, MO (which was the delivery information. When my items said delivered and there was no package, I checked the USPS tracking which says that it was delivered in Hernando, FL. I've left 5 messages for the seller, but have not received a message back or a proposed resolution. Ebay gives me no options to talk to an agent. It looks like this seller does not have extras for what they were selling so I'll need a refund. Does anyone have any advice on how to contact a real person to help?
