Seller sent me the wrong item. Now is saying I returned the wrong item.
Hello. I recently returned a macbook air. I thought I was buying a 24gb of ram and 1tb of storage, but received 8gb of ram and 256 gb of storage the base model. I returned it the day after I got it since it was the wrong product, but now the seller tekreplay had the audacity to make a case on me saying I returned the wrong item. I have images and messages to tekreplay as proof that right when I received the wrong item, I messaged them about it. What do I do?
