I pre ordered an item in July. Every month, I asked about the item, and the seller kept saying "be patient, next month." While waiting, they messaged me saying they would send a "small gift" as the item was not ready. That way the sale would not auto cancel.I have been asking for a month for a refund, and they continue to put me off. eBay doesn't recognize the sale as refundable, so I cannot get a live agent. Can someone offer some guidance, this is over $180 I want back.
