Seller sent me a shattered glass aquarium top with LED lights. He hasn't sent a replacement.

I sent him pictures. It was shattered glass so I just sent him pictures. he said he would replace it if I changed his rating. I changed it but said he was supposed to replace the item. he didn't and is no longer responding.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
