Seller sent me a fake shipping label, ask eBay to step in doesn't appear in the actions
Am I missing something? I started a return for an item that arrived damaged on May 10. The seller sent me an invalid shipping label. I pointed this out and they sent another invalid one. When I pointed it out again, they asked if I would cancel the return and accept a 40% refund somehow. I think they're trying to stall until my return window has passed. I want eBay to step in, but the option doesn't appear in the More actions menu. What am I missing?

Mentor4 months agoIf you filed the returns request on May 10th, when the seller agreed, ebay would have sent a link to print out the return shipping label. You would go back to the case on or after day 4, and click on the Ask ebay to step in.

OP4 months agoDoes the option to take action disappear after some time? It's clearly been at least 3 business days since the return was started
