Seller sent item that doesn’t work and the item number for return doesn’t exist. Help
How do I return an item that states item doesn’t exist based on item number the seller provided. I have confirmation that the seller was paid for an item that he sold that was expired by manufacturer. He told me to use eBay return policy aware that without correct purchase item number it doesn’t show as being purchased. Tried contacting eBay but without item number can’t get through to eBay. HELP.
