Seller sent invalid return shipping label.
I initiated a return with a seller and he sent me an invalid return shipping label. The seller is not responding and USPS has stated the label is not valid. Ebay does not offer solutions to dispute the situation since the seller accepted the return but now the seller is not cooperating. How can I open a dispute with Ebay so they can assist?
