IF you filed a formal 'return request' (from your Purchase History) saying the item was 'not as described' ... then the seller has 3 business days to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund.
If the seller fails to do that, then you would need to go back to your open return request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.
