Seller sent Fake Merchandise
I purchased 3 necklaces that were supposed to be 14K gold, but are not. The seller agreed to a refund, but has not sent a mailing label. I cannot seem to get any help from Ebay. How can I contact Ebay to get help with this. The seller is sending fake gold jewelry and then offers a return, but does not send a label.

Was this a single purchase for three items, or 3 individual purchases from one seller?
Did you file an item not as described (INAD) dispute, or just request a return?
If you have not filed a dispute, and it has been less than 30 days since you received the items, you need to do that. If this was 3 separate purchases you will need to file 3 disputes, one for each purchase.
Go to your purchase history, find the listing(s) for the necklaces and click on the More Actions button for each one if there were 3 separate purchases.
You should read the terms of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) so you know what to do in the future.

When you do that click on Return item, select from the drop down menu, doesn't match description or photos. Follow through to file the dispute(s), which will appear on your My ebay page under a Returns header.
Your seller will have 3 days to respond to the dispute(s) by either sending you a return shipping label, or issuing a refund. If they make excuses or ask you to close the dispute(s) so they can refund you, On day 4 open the dispute and click on the ask ebay to step in button, they will process the refunds from the seller's account.
