Seller sent defective parts. I was able to use some parts but not all.
The seller will not respond to messages about my issues. This has wasted a huge amount of my time. I just want my money back to purchase new parts. I also don't want to waste more time mailing the unusable back. Thanks for any guidance.

Mentor2 years agoIt is up to the seller whether he wants his items back to refund. He might send replacements or offer a partial refund, but that is up to the seller.
If seller is not responding open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
