Seller sent an item apparently mislabeled a M when it is L - asking me to pay for return shipping
Seller is requiring me to pay the shipping back (~$6) which is unacceptable as the mistake was theirs. I started the return process, but didn't learn of the shipping cost policy until it the return was filed, so I do not see an option of including ebay, unless I cancel the return, which I am hesitant to do. Is there anyway to involve ebay on an active return? Anyway to email the resolution department directly? The seller has refused to respond to my correspondence asking them to pay for the shipping.
