Seller sent an empty box
Seller sent an empty box and opened a claim that i might have taken the package out. But when he communicates with me he saying he is checking with post office.
i opened a case with ebay and later opened a case with paypal that actually closed my case at ebay. What else can i do here to protect myself

Mentor1 year agoNever open one claim at a time. Now that ebay's claim is closed you will have to wait much longer for PayPal to investigate. Nothing more you can do at this point.
Did you send photos of any damage to the box or carrier labels indicating the contents were missing to the seller? IF not do that now and make sure save everything and cooperate with the investigation.
