Seller sent a totally different item
I am not getting a response from the seller.
I ordered a side trim for my jeep and they sent some kind of cap. Who do I contact with ebay about this?

Mentor1 year ago@ltv_66 go to the purchased item and click on 'return this item' with the reason 'wrong item sent'
the seller will have to provide u with a prepaid return shipping label, pay attention to the timeframes laid out on the return item case
