Seller sent a rock instead of the item

I have always had a great experience with ebay except this time. I ordered soap and instead, the seller sent a rock. Like a literal rock. I am having difficulty reaching the help center representative. Does anyone know how I would navigate this? Because the rock was sent, it was tracked as delivered.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

You don't need to call eBay.

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
