Seller sent A different but similar Item
Folks, i purchased 2 drives from a seller, one drive was sent correctly, the 2 nd item he sent a different item, but it is similar. I haver messaged the seller, he is not responding. How to make seller respond to messages

If the item is "not as described" you need to start a "not as described" return within thirty days of receiving it. You will have to provide a picture of the item and a couple of sentences of text about the issue.
If the seller does not refund you or provide a return shipping label you should be able to ask eBay to step in after three business days. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days but before twenty-one business days has passed.

OP2 weeks agoHi, there is an update : The seller responded and offered me return or an 40% rebate. I have messaged him my choice., now again 3 days there is no response from seller.
